About the artist:
A graduate of the Art institute of Boston, watercolorist, Wayne Lind has more than 40 years experience in the art and design field. His long career in advertising and design included operating his own design company in Norwood, Massachusetts, following his discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps after the Vietnam conflict. Wayne’s strong interest in the arts and his early experience drawing the wildlife photographs he saw in his father’s Field and Stream magazines provided a basis for his later works.
Wayne now divides his time between Melbourne, Florida and his sailboat in Key West. These locales rejuvenate his passion of r capturing vibrant colors and effective light and provide inspiration for his works of art. Mr. Lind paints primarily in watercolor, and his artwork graces numerous private and corporate
collections. Recent one-man shows in Vermont and Key West showcase his versatility and command of his chosen medium.
